Veterans
of Valor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We offer three main programs
to combat-wounded veterans: Backpacks,
Hero Wishes and A Night Out. Each
program provides a unique therapeutic
value to the wounded service member
and his or her family. Please take
a moment to learn about our programs.
Welcome
to Veterans of Valor. I founded this
organization in 2007 as a result of
my own experiences as a combat wounded
veteran. While clearing houses during
the push into Falujah in 2004, I was
shot in the face at point blank range.
What followed have been years of healing,
both physically and emotionally.
I
believe my experiences happened for
a reason, and that because of them
I've been equipped with a special
sense of what it takes to
assist and encourage recovering
veterans and their families. I believe
that our story of hope and healing
will inspire you.
